BookingAll reservations are by inquiry and confirmed upon deposit.

DepositA 50% deposit is required to hold your date. Balance due 48 hours before your booking.

CancellationFull refund with 72 hours notice. 50% refund with 48 hours notice. No refund within 24 hours.

DecorYou bring it, you take it. We ask that the space be left as you found it.

WeatherOutdoor spaces are weather-dependent. We'll work with you to reschedule if needed.

Please note

This space is intended for small, intimate gatherings only.
Minimum booking is 1 hour. Maximum booking is 5 hours.
Available hours: 10:00 am – 9:00 pm.
Guest limit is up to 5 people, including children.
Parking is available in the driveway or cul-de-sac.
The area must be left in the same condition as found. Additional charges will apply for any damages or required clean-up.
Noise levels must remain considerate of the surrounding area at all times.
No-show policy: no refund within 24 hours of your booking, including no-shows.
